Celebrity Fitness Fanatics

That slumpy feeling in your gut as you sit infront of the TV watching the celebrities, dolled up to perfection, as they walk the red carpet. With their stunning hourglass and elegant pear shapes, its only natural we feel a little jealous and inferior. What they don't show us on the red carpet however, is the hours of training, dedication and hard work that goes into toning and perfecting their body.

There is no denying that the majority of girls would give their arm and leg for a body like supermodel Gisele Bundchen, aged 32. But we must remember, she wasn't born with the body like that.
After 270 minutes of exercise a week and a strict nutrition diet of water, fruit and vegetables, its not hard to see why shes voted one of the sexiest women on earth year after year.

Reality Star Gemma Collins dropped a dress size after a year of bootcamps, intense workouts and stict nutritous diets. Now, at size 16, she says "I've never felt so confident" and reveals that losing weight at your own pace is so much more rewarding than a 2 week intense weight loss workout.

Celebrities are also known for splashing the cash and jet setting to the no1 bootcamp resort in Ibiza. At £1395 a night, its not just your purse that will be coming home a little lighter. With 7am 2k runs and boxing classes, mountain hiking and pool exercises to follow, you will easily shed a few pounds on this glamorous retreat.

However, as much as we would all like to be pampered in the sun, you don't need to spend thousands of pounds on a fancy workout. At the end of the day, whether your spending a small fortune or whether your going for a small run around your local park, losing weight is losing weight. Its the determinaton, effect and consistancy that give you the most satisfying rewards. We may look at these celebrities through green eyes, but we must applaud their hard work and dedication to fitness. After all, we are all human and cabale of achieving our goal size and weight.
