Just finished my second fashion show – as an underwear model !! I've been with myptbuddy.com for just over 12 months and in that time I've lost one and a half stone of body fat and feel much more toned. The instructors are very supportive and have helped keep me focussed on my goals.

In particular I found the opportunity to feedback how I was feeling each day a great benefit. I always felt that someone was listening and have really valued the daily support from Matt and Rachel. Strange to think now how much I used to worry about wearing a bikini !!

After my daughter was born I realized how much of my baby weight had been surplus fat – how did that happen! It's hard enough to adjust to having a new baby, let alone thinking about getting back in shape. Thank you 'myptbuddy' for giving me my body back!

I've only been using myptbuddy for four months but it gives me the freedom to exercise whenever it's convenient for me – where does all the time go when you have a baby?

With a family it's important to watch the pennies but I've worked out that I am basically getting 4 personal training sessions for the price of 1, not to mention all the extras.

Most mums with young children know what it's like to juggle family life with work – you can easily end up at the bottom of the list. The instructors at myptbuddy are so understanding and helpful and have shown me how to eat properly and to make exercise fun and do-able again!!

It was hard to adjust my eating habits, snacking was an easy option, but i've lost the fat and am feeling so much more toned. 18 months later and 16 lbs lighter I am so grateful to myptbuddy.

The exercise library is brilliant and keep me using proper form in all my workouts. I feel like I'm running my life again instead of the other way round! Bring on Sunday morning football matches with the kids!
