It’s important to perform each exercise with strict form to maximise your results and to prevent injury. Many exercises can be performed with different levels of intensity and can be progressed or reduced to suit your level of fitness and flexibility. Individual adjustments to the form shown on the accompanying videos will be explained, where appropriate, by your instructor.
