Every client has their own experienced and qualified personal trainer working individually with them to help them achieve their training goals. Every exercise is accompanied by an example video, with teaching points to ensure your exercise form is as good as it can be every time you workout.
All the advice and guidance you require is available online and offline so you can work with your 'ptbuddy' at home, in the park, in the gym or anywhere you happen to be.
You can interact with your 'ptbuddy' as often as you like. You'll be asked for regular feedback to help your trainer to tailor all his or her advice to your life. We understand that holidays, illness and general setbacks are part of everybody's life. Well work with you to overcome any small 'bumps' in the road and keep you moving towards your goals.
As a client, your personal trainer ‘buddy’ will provide you with detailed, individually designed training and healthy eating programmes – just for you and your fitness goals.
Your 'ptbuddy' will agree the objectives of your programme with you and ensure you have the appropriate training and advice to support you all the time and all the way on your personal journey. We know that not everyone enjoys exercising in the same way so your trainer will agree the methods and pace of your training in advance with you.
To begin with you'll receive and introductory video and be asked for some more detailed information on your current state of fitness and health? As you move forward you can contact your trainer at any time and you'll receive regular feedback and coaching from them to help you get started and to help keep you focused.
